| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨介入治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效。方法 总结15例中晚期胃癌患者接受选择性胃动脉灌注化疗的结果，包括胃动脉造影表现，临床疗效，介入治疗后反应以及双对比检查等。结果 15例病人一年生存率为21．6％，有效率42％。腹痛、消瘦、贫血、黑便症状基本得到控制。而3年生存率为12％左右。结论 选择性胃动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期胃癌，是一种行之有效治疗方法，能提高患者的生存期和生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of interventional therapy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Image of gastric arterial angiography, clinical effect and side effects after chemotherapy of advanced gastric carcinoma treated with selective gastric artery chemoinfu-sion were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 1 -year survival rate and effective rate was 21.6% and 42 % respectively. Abdominal pain , emaciation, anaemia and tarry stool were under control. But 3-year survival rate was about 12% . Conclusion Selective gastric artery chemoinfusion for advanced gastric carcinoma is feasible and effective and can prolong and promote the patients life. |
