| 摘 要： | 本文观察了中药复方制剂生命力口服液对“气虚”、“阴虚”模型动物血液流变学及血浆ＣＡＭＰ的影响，并进行了毒理学研究。实验结果表明，生命力口服液有改善“气虚”大鼠血液流变学改变的作用：并能使“阴虚”小鼠血浆ＣＡＭＰ的含量明显降低，改善阴虚症状。说明生命力口服液对气、阴虚症状有较好的防治效果毒理学实验表明，未发现毒性及异常反应，提示生命力口服液安全无毒。

| Abstract: | The animal models of yin-deficiency and qi-deficiency were applied forthe effect of Sheng Ming Li Oral Liquid(SML)on blood rheology and plasmacAMP contents.The results showed that SML can improve the blood rheologysituation in qi-deficiency rats and decreased the plasma cAMP contents andimproved yin-deficiency symptom in yzn-deficiency mice. It is suggested thatSML exerts a good efect on preventing and treating the symptoms ofqi-deficiency and yin-deficiency. No toxic and adverse effects were found intoxicological tests, suggesting that SML is saete and nontoxic. |
