| Abstract: | The medical dispute has become the social hot spot and the legal difficulty for a long time. How to resolve the clinical conflict between doctors and patients and deal with the difficulties has become an important issue in the whole society. This article dissertated the function of professional association in solving the medical dispute on the basis of the medical dispute circumstance in China and abroad. |
