美托洛尔对冠心病患者心率变异性的影响

目的探讨美托洛尔对冠心病患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法冠心病98例随机分为美托洛尔组49例和对照组49例,对照组根据患者病情选用硝酸酯类、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、钙拮抗剂、阿司匹林、及低分子肝素钙等常规治疗,美托洛尔组在此基础上加用美托洛尔25 mg,每日2次,早晚口服,疗程2周;用药前后分别记录24 h动态心电图,观察患者HRV指标的变化。结果治疗前2组HRV各指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后HRV各指标较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.01),治疗后美托洛尔组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.01);2组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔可以显著改善CHD患者的心率变异性。

Effects of metoprolol on heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of metoprolol on heart rate variability （HRV） in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Ninety-eight patients with CHD were randomly divided into control group （n = 49 ） and metoprolol group（n = 49）. The patients in control group were treated with nitrate, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, calcium antagonist, aspirin and low molecular heparin according to patients＇ condition. Based on this, the patients in metoprolol group were treated with metoprolol 25 mg orally at morning and night,two times per day for two weeks. The 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram was recorded pre- and post-treatment, and the changes of indexes of HRV were observed. Results There was no statistical significance in HRV between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The HRV in two groups improved significantly posttreatment compared with pretreatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the improvement of HRV was more in metoprolol group than that in control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistical significance in adverse reaction between two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol could significantly improve HRV in patients with CHD.
