| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方丹参CO2超临界萃取液对犬急性心肌梗死的作用。方法采用结扎犬冠脉左前降支的方法造成心肌梗死模型,设以下6组:生理盐水组,溶剂对照组,复方丹参萃取液低剂量组和高剂量组,复方丹参片组,地尔硫艹卓组。十二指肠给药,测定犬心外膜电图、心肌梗死面积及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)值。结果复方丹参萃取液显著减轻心肌缺血程度,缩小心肌梗死面积,降低缺血LDH值。结论复方丹参萃取液具有改善心肌缺血程度,减小心肌梗死面积,对犬缺血心肌具有明显的保护作用,其效果优于复方丹参片。

| Abstract: | AIM To observe the protective effects of extract liquid compound salvia miltiorrhiza(ECS) on acute myocardial infarction in dogs.METHODS The model of acute myocardial infarction was produced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in the dogs.Six groups was setting: NS;the vehicale of solvent;the low dosage of ECS;the high dosage of ECS;compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablet;diltiazem.The epicardial-electrocardiogram,myocardial infract size and the rate of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) was detected.RESULTS The ECS can reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia and the myocardial infarct size,decrease the rate of LDH.CONCLUSION The ECS has the significant protective effects on myocardial infarction in dogs,and it's effects excel the effects of compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablet. |
