| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨影响胫骨Pilon骨折手术疗效的相关因素。方法 手术治疗35例单侧胫骨Pilon骨折，根据Ruedi-Allgower分型，Ⅱ型15例，Ⅲ型20例；胫骨骨折14例；伴有腓骨骨折11例；开放性骨折10例。结果 采用Mazur评分系统评估手术疗效，可28例，其中Ⅱ型18例，Ⅲ型10例；差7例，其中Ⅱ型2例，Ⅲ型5例。术后发生切口感染5例，关节退行性变7例，关节强直7例。结论 胫骨Pilon骨折手术疗效与骨折类型、胫骨关节面的复位质量和手术时机的选择有关。
