某橡胶厂职工职业危害状况调查

目的研究某橡胶厂苯对接触工人的职业危害,为采取防护措施、保护工人身体健康提供依据。方法对沭阳县某橡胶厂工作场所空气进行采样检测分析,并对接触和不接触苯的工人进行健康检查,检查项目包括外周血血常规、凝血功能、X线、B超、心电图等。结果该厂工作场所空气中苯浓度严重超标,苯最高浓度为528.0mg/m3。苯接触组工人具有一定的神经系统症状和消化系统症状,外周血血常规各项指标下降人数及X线、B超、心电图异常检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),凝血指标差异无统计学意义。结论从事橡胶作业的工人出现比较明显的神经系统和消化系统症状,并有外周血液系统的改变,应加强对职工的健康监护并采取有力措施减少苯的危害。

Investigation on occupational hazards status of a rubber factory workers

Objective To investigate the occupational hazasds of a rubber factory workers contacting benzene to provide the basis of the protective measures for protecting morkers health.Methods The Wuji Baihuasheng Rubber Factory of Shuyang workplace air sampling testing analysis was performed,the workers with or without contacting benzene received the healthy check including the peripheral blood routine and blood coagulation,X-ray,B ultrasonic,electrocardiogram,etc.Results In the workplace air,the concentration of benzene was 528.0 mg/m3.Exposed workers had certain symptoms and signs of neurological and digestive systems,the decline peripheral blood tests,the abnormatities of X-ray,B ultrasonic detection,electrocardiogram abnormalities were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）,and blood coagulation difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The workers engaged in rubber assignments appear more obvious symptoms of the nervous and digestive systems and peripheral blood change.Minitorting the workers health should be strengthened and the effective measures should be taken to reduce the harm of benzene.
