荧光染色技术检测宫颈沙眼衣原体

摘    要:采用荧光染色技术对192例临床患有宫颈炎的病例进行宫颈涂片检查,检出宫颈上皮细胞内和中性粒细胞内衣原体包涵体32例(阳性率为16.6%),这些阳性标本分别进一步用姬姆萨和苏木精-伊红(HE)染色进行研究。结果表明,衣原体包涵体在姬姆萨染色的标本上得到证实;在HB染色的涂片上则不易发现;然而,在荧光方法染色的标本上,衣原体包涵体所发荧光的颜色明显不同于细胞结构发出的荧光颜色,在低倍荧光镜下就能识别.而且,该染色法对滴虫和癌细胞的识别亦具有一定的优越性。

Abstract:Cervical smears were examined by fiuorescent staining in 192 patients with cervicltis. Intracellular inclusion bodies of Chlamydia in cervicat epithelial cells and neutrophils were determinated in 32 patients(16.6%)of 192 cases.The positive specimenswere studied also by Giemsa stain and hematoxylin eosin(H,E)stain. Chlamydial inclusion bodies were identified with Giemsa stain.With H.E stain the results were not promising.with fiuorescent stain,the fluorescent color of the chlamydial inclusion bodies was different from that of the cellular structures. The chlamydial inclusion bodies were easily detected under low magnification. Detection of trachomonad and cancer cells with fiuorescent staining technic is valuable in mass screening.
