| 摘 要： | 目的：观察庆大霉素，甲硝唑，利福平联用治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果，并探讨其可能病因。方法：治疗组30例，应用庆大霉素20万，甲硝唑0．3g，利福平0．5g，溶于一定量0．9％氯化钠溶液，bid，保留灌肠；对照组：按照内科常规给予柳氮磺吡啶，泼尼松等药治疗，两组均2周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组缓解率明显优于对照组，结论：此三联保留灌肠疗法是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的一种有效治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effectiveness of combinative use of gentamycin, metronidazole and rifampin in the treatment of ulcerative colonitis and explore the etiology of the disease. Methods: 30 and 26 patients were allocated to treatment group and control group, respectively. Maintained clysis with a combination of gentamycin, metronidazole and rifampin in warm normal saline were administered to those in the treatment group twice a day for two weeks, while SASP and prednisone were administered to those in the control group for two weeks. Results: The alleviation rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Combinative use of gentamycin, metronidazole and rifampin for maintained clysis is a effective treatment for ulcerative colonitis. |
