胃肠安治疗大肠癌临床疗效分析

目的：研究脾为主胃肠安方刺对大肠癌的治疗作用。方法：回顾性收集72例大肠癌患者资料,统计中药组、中西药组及单纯化疗组三组5年生存率及1、2年转移率并比较疗效．结果：中药组、中西药组5年生存率为77.66％、75．25％,明显高于西药组（37．51％）;中药组、中西药组1、2年转移率分别为14．17％、18．32％,明显低于单纯化疗组（40％）。结论：胃肠安方荆能有效提高大肠癌术后患者5年生存率,降低1、2年转移率。

72 Cases of the Large Intestine Cancer Treated by TCM Recipe "Wei Chang An"

Objective:To observe the function to the large intestine cancer treated by TCM recipe "Wei Chang An" which tonifies the spleen.Methods:We collected 72 cases of post-operative large intestine cancer treated by TCM, west medicine combined group and west medicine and analyzed the five-years survival rate and one-year, two-year metastatistic rates of these three groups. Rusults:The five-year survival rate of TCM and west medicine combined group are 77.66% ,75.25%. They are obviously higher than the rate of west medicine group; The one-year, two-year metastatistic rates of TCM and west medicine combined group are 14.17%, 18.13%. Obviously lower than that of west medicine group.Conclusion:Recipe "Wei Chang An could effectively improve the five-year survival rate of postoperative large intestine cancer a.nd decrease their one-year, two-year metastatistic rates.
