| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳头溢液的病因和临床意义.方法回顾性分析137例病理性乳头溢液的临床资料.结果137例乳头溢液中,乳腺癌占10.9%,导管内乳头状瘤53.3%,乳腺增生症15.3%,导管扩张症11.7%,乳腺炎8.8%.结论乳头溢液涂片检查对诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤、预防和早期诊断乳腺癌具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate pathogeny and clinical significance of nipple discharge.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven cases of pathological nipple discharge were analyzed retrospectively.Results The histological types of nipple discharge were breast carcinoma(10.9%),intraductal papilloma(53.3%),hyperplasia of mammary gland(15.3%),duct ectasia(11.7%),and mastitis(8.8%).Conclusion Cytology of nipple secretion has important significance in diagnosing breast intraductal papilloma,preventing and diagnosing breast carcinoma early. |
