| 摘 要： | 目的 提高术前访视的质量减轻患者术前的焦虑程度。方法 对2001年9～12月98例胸外科患者术前焦虑及71例手术患者术前访视需求状况进行分析。结果 术前访视后患者的术前焦虑程度明显低于访视前(P<0.01);术前1日访视后患者的术前焦虑程度明显低于来访视患者(P<0.01);目前术前访视的内容、方式不能完全满足患者的需求。结论 调查结果显示了术前访视可以减轻术前患者焦虑。要求护士应根据患者需求寻找和选择一种最佳的米前访视内容和方式;术前访视还庄满足患者情感与心理的需求。

| Abstract: | Objective To raise the patient visit property before operation, and release anxiety degree of patients. Methods 71 patients are visited demand situation before operation. Results After visit, the patients anxiety degree was lower than that before visit (P < 0. 01) ; One day before operation, visit also can make patients anxiety degree lower (P < 0. 01). The content and mode of visit can match people's needing. Conclusions Visits before operation can decrease patients anxiety degree. But we must adjust the best mode and content to match patients emotion and mental needing. |
