| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗生素掺和自体骨治疗胫骨感染性骨缺损的作用和疗效。方法胫骨感染性骨缺损患者24例,骨缺损大小为1.5~4.5 cm,均采用一期局部抗生素骨水泥珠链治疗感染,二期自体骨掺和抗生素植骨治疗。随访2~5 a、平均3.6 a。结果本组24例病例植骨均愈合,愈合率100%;22例感染治愈,治愈率91.7%,2例感染复发,经再次清创后治疗获得成功。结论抗生素掺和自体骨治疗胫骨小范围感染性骨缺损安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of antibiotic-impregnated autogenic cancellous bone graft on infection elimination and bone incorporation.Methods Twenty-four patients treated for infected tibial nonunions were evaluated.These patients were managed with local antibiotic bead therapy and staged antibiotic-impregnated autogenous cancellous bone graft.The average follow-up period was 3.6 years(range,2 to 5 years).The bone defects were from 1.5 to 4.5 cm.Results Wound healing and bony union were achieved in... |
