小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘126例临床分析

目的学习小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘发病机制、临床表现及诊治要点,以提高对该病的诊治水平。方法对126例咳嗽变异性哮喘病例进行回顾性分析,总结其临床特点,为咳嗽变异性哮喘诊治提供理论依据。结果在本组病例中,大多数患者以慢性咳嗽为主要症状,甚至是惟一症状,并且大多数病例无明显肺部阳性体征,极易与其他呼吸道疾病混淆而造成误诊。结论咳嗽变异性哮喘是引起儿童慢性咳嗽的常见疾病之一,治疗上主要以针对症状及发病原因对症和预防性治疗为主;避免误诊的关键是掌握该病的特点,提高对该病的认知能力。
