| 摘 要： | 目的:观察靳三针疗法结合康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法:135例随机分为3组,治疗组45例予靳三针结合康复训练治疗,对照1组45例予靳三针治疗,对照2组45例予康复训练治疗。观察3组的症状改善、日常生活活动能力及事件相关电位ERPP300的改变。结果:治疗组日常活动能力ADL评分优于对照1组(P0.05),明显优于对照2组(P0.01);治疗组事件相关电位ERPP300潜伏期、波幅均明显优于对照1组及对照2组(P0.01)。结论:靳三针疗法结合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫有显著疗效。
