| 摘 要： | [目的]观察碱性溶液耳浴加微波照射治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效。[方法]随机将59例真菌性外耳道炎病人分为观察组和对照组。对照组将少量派瑞松软膏均匀涂于外耳道进行治疗,每天2次;观察组在对照组方法的基础上外加碱性溶液耳浴和微波照射治疗,并观察两组疗效情况。[结果]观察组、对照组治愈率分别为93.33%,65.52%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]碱性溶液耳浴加微波照射治疗真菌性外耳道炎,能提高派瑞松的治疗效果,减轻病人痛苦。
