| Abstract: | Transplantation of ascitic P-815 mastocytoma cells intradermally in the ears of syngeneic DBA/2J mice allows a simple and precise quantitation of tumor growth by ear swelling. Tumor growth was retarded and then arrested in allogeneic DBA/1J mice, whereas syngeneic hosts died as a result of tumor dissemination in draining lymph nodes, liver and spleen. |
