超声在甲状腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床价值

目的：探讨不同良恶性甲状腺病变的超声图像特征以及超声对其的鉴别价值。方法：回顾分析100例经手术或病理证实的甲状腺疾病患者的超声图像特征，其中恶性病变49例，良性病变51例。结果：甲状腺超声图像中，病灶形态、边缘、和钙化表现与病变的良恶性关系密切；恶性病变中，大多数病灶形态不规则、边缘毛糙、钙化；良性病变中，病灶一般形态规则、边缘光滑、无钙化。结论：超声图像特征对甲状腺良恶性病变的诊断具有一定意义。

Clinical value of ultrasonography in benign and malignant thyroid tumors

Objective：To explore the imaging charactors of benign and malignancy thyroid tumors,and the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosing thyroid diseases. Methods： The ultrasound images characteristics of patients （100 cases） with thyroid disease confirmed by surgery or pathology were analyzed,51 cases patient of malignant lesions,49 cases patient of benign lesions. Results：The most correlated factors on ultrasonagraphy were the shape, margin, and calcification in thyroid tumors;The malignant lesions, most lesions were irregular, edges roffgh,calcification;However,benign lesions,lesions in the general form rules,edge smooth,no calcification. Conclusion： It is clinical valuable to diagnose of thyroid tumors based on？ultrasonography.
