摘    要:目的:研究不同强度的静磁场加载对成骨细胞ALP活性的影响,探索磁力正畸的最佳磁场强度,为临床合理应用静磁场提供试验依据。方法:采用静磁场加载装置,对体外培养的成骨细胞分别在0mT、8mT、50mT和160mT的磁场强度下给予24h、48h和72h的静磁场加载,利用IFCC法检测静磁场加载后成骨细胞ALP活性的变化。结果:8mT、50mT和160mT的静磁场作用24小时、48小时和72小时后,与对照组相比,成骨细胞碱性磷酸酶活性增加,其中以50mT组的碱性磷酸酶活性增加最多。结论:静磁场可以增加成骨细胞的碱性磷酸酶活性,促进成骨细胞成骨;不同强度的静磁场的促成骨作用不同,50mT的静磁场有更好的促成骨作用,在临床应用时应注意选择静磁场的强度。

Abstract:Objective: To give instruction on static magnetic field application, the effects of static magnetic field on the osteoblast ALP activity were studied under different magnitude. Methods: Exerting 0mT, 8mT, 50mT and 160mT static magnetic field on the osteoblast for 24, 48 and 72 hours, then detecting its ALP activity with IFCC methods. Results: The ALP activity increased after the static magnetic stimulated. Compared with the 8mT and 160mT, the osteoblast ALP activity increased more under 50mT static magnetic field. Conclusion: The static magnetic field can promote bone formation through increasing of the osteoblast's ALP activity and the 50mT SMF do better, this will give us much instruction in the clinical orthodontics.
