泄泻方加减对放射性肠炎的临床观察

目的：观察中药复方对放射性肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：随机选择放射性肠炎患者87例,其中观察组45例中药复方治疗,对照组42例常规西药治疗。观察两组治疗前后肠镜改变及症状积分,比较其有效率,症状积分差异。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.1%、71.4%,组间疗效比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;症状积分比较,治疗前两组无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后治疗组各症状积分均明显降低（P〈0.01）,对照组仅腹痛、腹泻积分明显降低（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;治疗后组间比较,各症状积分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组均未见血、尿、肝、肾功及心电图等方面异常。结论：采用中药复方治疗放射性肠炎疗效肯定,安全、副作用少,为放射性肠炎的有效治疗方法之一。

Clinical observation of treating radiation enteritis with diarrhea recipe added or reduced

Objective： To observe the treatment effect and safety of radiation enteritis by a compound recipe of Chinese traditional medicine. Methods： Eighty-seven cases with radiation enteritis were randomly selected. Forty-five cases were treated with the compound recipe of Chinese traditional medicine （ treatment group） ,while forty-two were treated with routine foreign medicine （ control group） . The changes of enteroscope results and clinical symptom integrals were observed before and after the treatment,and the effective rate and symptom discrepancy were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91. 1% and 71. 4% respectively （ P 0. 05） . Two groups had no significant difference in the comparison of symptom integrals （ P 0. 05） before the treatment,however,all symptom integrals of the treatment group were obviously reduced after the treatment （ P 0. 01） . The control group only had obvious reduction in abdominal pain and diarrhea integrals （ P 0. 05,P 0. 01） . Two groups had no abnormal conditions in their blood,urine,liver, kidney function as well as electrocardiogram. Conclusion： Treating the patients with radiation enteritis with the diarrhea recipe added or reduced has higher safety and less negative effects.
