曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌梗死后并发心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的 :观察曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死后并发心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :选择急性心肌梗死后 3～ 7d病情稳定的心力衰竭患者 6 0例 ,随机分为两组。对照组 30例给予常规治疗 ,治疗组 30例在常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪 2 0mg ,日 3次。 8周后观察两组心功能改善的有效率及超声心动图左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、射血分数 (LVEF)、每分输出量 (CO)的差异。结果 :曲美他嗪组心功能改善的总有效率为 90 .0 % ,较对照组 6 6 7%显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时 ,LVEDD ,LVEF ,CO均显著提高 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :用曲美他嗪辅助治疗急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭 ,可进一步改善患者的心功能 ,提高生存质量。

The Effect of Trimetazidine on the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Accompanied with Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of trimetazidine(TMZ)on the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) accompanied with heart failure.Methods:Heart failure patients that state of illness were steady 3 to 7 days after AMI were divided into two groups randomly and received usual therapy and usual therapy plus TMZ separately.The change of heart function was observed and LVEDD,LVEF,CO were measured after 8 weeks. Results: The treatments efficiency of TMZ group and control group were 90.0% and 66.7%(P<0.05).The improvement of LVEDD,LVEF,CO in TMZ were significant,the difference between TMZ group and control group was also significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Treatment with TMZ early after AMI accompanied with heart failure can improve the heart function and the level of living.
