| 摘 要： | 根据上海市医院用药规模的变动趋势，并利用ATC分类对医院用药结构进行了分析，利用ATC分类研究的OTC药物在医院内的用药规模，进一步探讨了职工医疗保险实施药品分类补偿的可能渠道和提出了相应的政策建议。
