摘    要:Wistar大鼠,经过0.6,0.8,1.0Gy60Co射线一次均匀全身照射,用放免分析的方法测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD),以及经过33℃,44℃,48℃高温受热处理后,用放免分析的方法测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮和皮质醇的变化。结果表明:照射后大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ未出现应激性升高,醛固酮只在1.0Gy剂量照射后3小时出现应激性升高;高温处理后,大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ及皮质醇有升高趋势,而醛固酮有降低的趋势。

Abstract:Measure angiotensin (AII)and aldosterone (ALD)with radioimmunoassay in blood plasma of Wistar rats after exposing an single whole-body 61Co gamma rays radiation, doses are 0.6, 0.8,1.0 Gy respectively. And with the same method, measure the changes of AII, ALD and cortisol in blood plasma after treating with high temperature of 38, 44, 48 centigrade. The results show that All in blood plasma does not increase after irradiation. ALP increases only after 3 hours at dose of 1. 0 Gy. There are increase trend of AII and cortisol, and decrease trend of ALD after high temperature treatment.
