降压宁治疗高血压的临床研究

【目的】探讨降压宁对高血压病的治疗效果及作用机制。【方法】选择60例患者，随机分为降压宁治疗组与复方降压片对照组，每组各30例，治疗组服用降压宁，对照组服用复方降压片，治疗2个疗程评定疗效。【结果】降压宁对收缩压、舒张压均有明显降压效果，但与对照组比较无显著性差异，在症状改善方面，降压宁治疗组明显优于复方降压片对照组。【结论】降压宁具有良好的降压作用，并有效改善症状。

Clinical research on hypertension treated with Jiangyaning

Objective To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Jiangyaning for the treatment of hypertension.[Methods] Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group(treated with Jiangyaning),and control group(treated with Fufangjiangya),30cases in each group.Curative effect was evaluated after2courses.[Result] Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were descended obviously in Jiangyaning group,but there had no significantly difference with control group.Symptoms improvements in Jiangyaning group were more superior than that of control group.[Conclusion] Jiangyaning possesses good effect on descending blood pressure and improving the symptoms.
