2013年徐行镇户籍人口恶性肿瘤现患分析

目的：了解徐行镇户籍人口恶性肿瘤现患情况。方法：分析2013年4月30日徐行镇恶性肿瘤现惠患者的登记资料。结果：2013年4月30日，嘉定区徐行镇现存恶性肿瘤患者589例，其中男276例，女313例，现患率为1．89％，患病率随着年龄组的增长而升高。60岁年龄组最高，为29．03％。排名前5位的是乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌和直肠癌，不同性别的肿瘤顺位有差异。结论：徐行镇恶性肿瘤现患病例的增加，要求社区提高肿瘤访视质量，最大限度延长患者的生存期限。

Analysis of cancer prevalence in local population of Xuhang town in 2013

to learn the local residents with cancer in Xuhang town. Methods： The data of patients with cancer in Xuhang on April 30, 2013 from Shanghai Health Service Information System was employed to analyze the prevalence of cancers. Results： There were total 589 patients with cancer in Xuhang, of whom 276 were male and 313 were female. The prevalence rate with cancer was 1.89% and the prevalence rate increased along with the increase of the age. The top 5 cancers were breast cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer and rectal cancer, and the sequence between males and females was different. Conclusion： The prevalence rate of cancer in Xuhang increases. It requires for the health workers of the community health service center to improve the quality of following up the cancer patients to maximize their survival period.
