| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒对宫角与宫颈妊娠的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析65例宫角与宫颈妊娠声像图与诊断，并与手术病理结果对照。结果 超声诊断宫角妊娠50例，宫颈妊娠6例，9例误诊。经阴道彩色多普勒诊断宫角与宫颈妊娠的正确率为86．2％。结论 提高对宫角与宫颈妊娠的警惕性及图像识别技巧，有助于减少漏误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for special ectopic pregnancy. Methods Sixty-five cases of special ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to features of ultrasonography.Results Fifty cases of corneal pregnancy and 6 cases of cervical pregnancy were diagnosed by ultrasound, and 9 cases were misdiagnosed. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for the special ectopic pregnancy was 86.2%.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in special ectopic pregnancy. |
