摘    要:目的:观察水菖蒲和石菖蒲对大鼠离体胃平滑肌条运动的影响,并比较二 异同。方法:将大鼠胃不同部位的肌条放置在灌流肌槽中,用生理记录仪记录肌条的收缩活动。结果:(1)水菖蒲增高胃底和胃体纵、环行肌的张力,但减小胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅和幽门环行肌运动指数;(2)石菖蒲增大胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅和幽门环行肌运动指数。结论:水菖蒲对大鼠离体胃底和胃体纵、环行肌有兴奋作用,但对胃窦和幽门环行肌有抑制作用;石菖蒲对大鼠离体胃窦、幽门环行肌有兴奋作用。

Abstract:Objective To study and compare the effect of shuichandpu and shichangpu on contractile of isolated rat gastric muscle strips. Methods Motility of strips taken from different regions of rat stomach were recorded in tissue chambers. Results (1)Shuichangpu increase the resting tensin of the longiludinal and circular muscle strips of funds and body, decreased mean contractile amplitude of the circular muscle strips of antrum and montility index of pylou.(2)Shichangpu increase mean contractile amplitude of circular strips of antrum and motility index of pylous Conclusion shuichangpu had exicitatry effect on longiludinal and cicular muscle strips of funds, cicular muscle strips of bodys, but it had inhibitory effect on cicular muscle strips of antrum and pylous; Shichangpu had exicitaty effect on circular muscle strips of antrum and pylous.
