新生军训后心理状况引发的伦理思考

目的:了解医学生军训期间心理健康状况,由此引发对军训工作的细节进行伦理学探讨。方法:以2005级795名全体医学本科学生为研究对象,采用症状自测量表(SCL—90)进行测试和评定,运用EPQ进行心理特征的测试和评定,并与全国常模进行比较。结果:SCL—90中强迫、焦虑、精神病性等因子分均高于全国常模、EPQ的P量表和N量表分均低于全国常模(P值均小于0.01或0.05),必须采取一定的措施保证学生军训过程中的身心健康不受损害。结论:新生军训后存在一定的身心健康问题,军训时应遵循有利于学生身心健康的伦理原则,以减少学生的身心伤害。

Ethical Reflection on Mental health of freshmen after the Military Training

Objective: To investigate the condition of medical students' mental health during the military training in order to explore the influence of military training on their mental health from an ethical perspective.Methods: To evaluate the mental health conditions of 795 undergraduate students in our college with SCL-90 and EPQ,and then compare the results with Chinese norm.Result: In SCL-90,factors such as constraint,depression,and psychopathy are more significant than the average norm in china.P Quantity and N quantity revealed in EPQ are both lower than the average norm in china.Conclusion: There were still a certain proportion of students troubled by mental and physical problems arisen from the military training,so that the military training should be in accordance with ethical principles such as respect for students' mental and physical health in order to minimize the relevant harm to the students during the military training.
