| 摘 要： | 通过对氧氟沙星滴耳液和氯霉素滴耳液体内外药效学的研究，结果表明：氧氟沙星滴耳液在体外抗菌效果明显优于氯霉素滴耳液，其各菌的ＭＩＣ（除白色葡萄球菌外）均较氯霉素低。急性化脓性中耳炎动物模型治疗结果为：氧氟沙星滴耳液略优于氯霉素滴耳液，但无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we studied the efficacy of ofloxacin by MIC and animal model of acute otitis media. According to the research on the effects of ofloxacin and chloromycetin ear drops in vitro, we found that ofloxacin was more effective than chloromycetin in anti-bacteria, But in the efficacy there was no significant obvious difference between the two drugs in vivo. |
