多囊卵巢综合征妇女促排卵后着床窗口期子宫内膜MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达

目的通过前瞻性的实验，探讨多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）妇女促排卵治疗后MMP-9、TIMP-1在着床窗口期子宫内膜的表达。方法收集8例正常妇女和13例PCOS妇女促排卵后着床窗口期子宫内膜，用免疫组化的方法检测子宫内膜基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达。对比在MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达上是否存在差别。结果MMP-9和TIMP-1在着床窗口期主要表达于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和间质细胞的胞浆中，腺上皮呈中-强阳性表达，间质为中等强度表达，血管内皮细胞中呈阴性一弱阳性表达。PCOS病人促排卵治疗有排卵的着床期子宫内膜MMP-9与TIMP-1的表达与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）及其抑制物（TIMPs）的表达可能与PCOS患者促排卵治疗后低妊娠率有关。

The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium of PCOS patients after ovarian hyperstimulation treatment

Objiective To investigate the exprission of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium of PCOS patients undergoing CC stimulate ovulation and controls. Methods Endometrium specimen was collected from thirteen PCOS women undergoing ovarian hyperstimulation treatment and eight normal control MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium. Results MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were high expressed in implantation window time. MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were exopressed mainly in the cytoplasm of glandular and stromal cells. The glandular cells showed moderate to strong, while the stromal cell expressed moderate in intensity. The expression in vascular cells was weakly positive or negative. After ovarian ovulation treatment, the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP- 1 in PCOS patients did not show singificant difference from the normal control group. Conclusion Maybe there is no relationship between the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP- 1 and the low pregnancy rate of PCOS patcents.
