大学生孤独、抑郁情绪及其相关性分析

目的了解大学生孤独和抑郁情绪现状及孤独与抑郁之间的相关性。方法随机抽取长江大学141名大学生,进行UCLA孤独量表和贝克抑郁量表（BDl）的问卷调查,采用spearman等级相关进行孤独与抑郁的相关性分析。结果该项调查发现,男、女大学生孤独平均得分与＂常模＂一致,差异没有统计学意义;男、女大学生抑郁情绪检出率较高,轻度抑郁检出率分别为54.54%和57.33%,表明抑郁是大学生普遍存在的一种负性情绪;相关性分析表明,孤独和抑郁之间存在正相关,男、女相关系数分别为0.451和0.405;男性大学生中孤独主要与抑郁的心情、失败感、不满、易激动、社会退缩和体重下降6个因子呈正相关,其相关系数在0.245～0.479之间;女性大学生孤独主要与抑郁的心情、失败感、罪感和自厌4个因子呈正相关,相关系数在0.233～0.382之间。结论孤独和抑郁是大学生存在的一种普遍负性情绪,两者之间存在一定相关性。

Correlation Analysis of Loneliness and Depression among College Students

Objective]To understand the status and correlation of loneliness and depression of college students.Methods]A total of 141 college students were randomly selected from Yangtze University for questionnaire survey of UCLA Loneliness Scale and the Beck Depression Inventory（BDI）,and the spearman rank correlation was used for the analysis of loneliness and depression.Results]This survey showed that the average loneliness scores of male and female students were in line with the ＂norm＂ unanimously,the difference was not statistically significant;there was a higher detection rate of depression in male and female college students,mild depression detection rate was 54.54% and 57.33% respectively.It indicated that depression was a common negative emotion among college students;correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between loneliness and depression,the correlation coefficient of male and female students was 0.451 and 0.405 respectively;loneliness positively related with 6 factors of depression in male college students,which were feelings,sense of failure,dissatisfaction,excitable,social withdrawal and weight loss,the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.245 to 0,479;loneliness related with 4 factors of depression in female college students,which were feelings,sense of failure,guilt and self-disgust,correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.233～0.382.Conclusion]Loneliness and depression are general negative emotions in college students,and there is a certain correlation between them.
