| 摘 要： | 探析了我国医改过程中政府、医疗机构、医务工作者在医改实践中所面临的道德冲突。为了化解医改中的道德冲突，医改中的各主体除了要加强学习和修养，增强道德判断和道德自决能力外，更要树立正确的道德价值目标，处理好目的与手段的关系，必要时进行一定的道德妥协，从而最大限度地化解道德冲突。

| Abstract: | This essay probes into the reality, causes and solutions to the moral conflicts in the healthcare reform in current China, aiming to provide reference from an ethical perspective for correctly understanding and solving the problems in current healthcare reform. |
