| 摘 要： | 目的 评价硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗混合性阴道感染的临床疗效.方法 随机将混合性阴道感染患者分为观察组(硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊组,69例)及对照组(传统阴道药物联合组,69例),观察疗效.结果 采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗混合性阴道感染后14d及30d复诊的总有效率分别为82.61%和88.41%,明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均小于0.05);硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊不良反应发生率为8.70%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊是一种安全、有效的治疗混合性阴道感染的阴道用药.
