| 摘 要： | 采用空气干燥法,研究了骚扰阿蚊的染色体组型及减数分裂前期Ⅰ的形态特征。该蚊的染色体二倍体数为6,可分为三对中着丝粒染色体。在第三对染色体中有一条染色体的臂上可见次缢痕。

| Abstract: | We studied the karyotype and meiosis of the testes tissue of Armigeres subal-hatus by the air-drying technique. The diploid chromosome number of this species of mosquito is six.The three pairs of chromosomes are metacentric. Secendary con-trictions are found in one of the third pair. |
