摘    要:目的了解近来成都地区儿童末梢血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种微量元素的含量,以便及时了解儿童营养健康状态,提高儿童保健水平。方法将我院2007年8月~2008年1月保健儿童共2331名,采集末梢血20μl用原子吸收法测定5种元素含量,最后将他们按不同年龄阶段分为4组,同时也分为男、女2组。结果本地区儿童缺乏微量元素以缺铁为主,阳性率达46.2%,其次是锌,阳性率为38.1%,钙阳性率为15.4%,而铜、镁基本正常,男女之间差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而锌、钙、铁在年龄上有一定规律变化,本地区微量元素缺乏主要以铁、锌、钙为主。结论儿童微量元素缺乏以预防为主,合理平衡膳食,通过检测监测来及早发现,及早治疗,保证儿童健康成长。

Abstract:Objective To understand the contents of Cu,Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe in children of Chengdu prefecture,in order to understand nutrition of children timely and promote the level of health protection. Methods The contents of five microelement in 2331 samples collected from our hospital from August 2007 to January 2008 were detected 200.1 tip blood by atom absorbiton spec troscopy,at last they were classified 4 group by age and 2 group by sex. Results The deficiency of Fe among the children in our region accounted 46. 2%, which followed by Zn deficiency(38. 1% ) and Ca deficiency( 15.4% ) ;and levels of Cu and Mg basically normal. There were no significant difference between boys and girls(P〉0. 05) ,and Zn,Ca,Fe vary in law. The deficiency of Fe, Ca,Zn were dominantly in our region. Conclusion Prevention first in microelcment deficient,rational diet,and regular microelement detection during growth and development period of children should be developed to discover the existing problem and so as so give corresponding treatments as soon as possible.
