摘    要:目的寻找新的治疗艾滋病的药物.方法用牛免疫缺陷病毒筛选抗艾滋病药物的实验模型.结果银耳多糖及其硫酸酯在0.2mg/ml时具有抑制牛免疫缺陷病毒引起的合胞体的作用.结论银耳多糖及其硫酸酯可作为艾滋病高危人群的预防用药及联合其它药物用于艾滋病患者的治疗.

Abstract:Objective To screen new anti-AIDS drugs. Methods To screen anti - AIDS drugs using an experimen-(al model with Bovine Immunodeficiency Virus(BIV). Results Polysaccharide from Tyemella faciformis Berk and its sulfi-ated ester inhibited the syncytium formation induced by Bovine Immunodefciency Virus at 0.2mg/ml. Conclusion Polysaccharide from Tremella faciformis Berk and its sulfated ester may be used as preventive drugs for high risk groups of population for HIV/AIDS and also as curative drugs for AIDS by combining with other agents.
