犬甲状腺动脉栓塞术对甲状腺分泌功能的影响

为探讨甲状腺肿瘤、甲状腺机能亢进症有效的治疗方法。选择成年杂种犬8条,进行甲状腺动脉栓塞术,结果表明:甲状腺动脉栓塞术能有效地阻断甲状腺组织丰富的血流,降低T_3、T_4的分泌量,治疗前与治疗后7、14、21、28天比较,有非常显著的差异性(P<0.01)。本研究还表明:甲状腺血管栓塞术后血流阻断完全,无再通现象,可替代甲状腺切除术,为甲状腺血管栓塞治疗甲状腺肿瘤及甲状腺机能亢进症提供了理论依据。

Effect of thyroid arterial embolism on the endocrine function of thyroid in dogs

In order to seek more effective method for treating thyroid tumors and hyperthyroidism, thyroid arterial embolism was performed in 8 adult hybrid dogs. The results showed that thyroid arterial embolism can effectively block up the blood supply and decrease the T_3 and T_4 secretion of thyroid tissues, and that there was significant difference (P<0. 01)in the T_3and T_4 secretion after the operation as compared with before the operation. Therefore ,a theoretical basis is set up in the treatment of thyroid tumors and hyperthyroidism that thyroid arterial embolism can replace thyroidectomy for thyroid tumors and hiperthyroidism because blood flow is fully blocked up without renewed infusion.
