成人水痘患者异型淋巴细胞的测定与意义探讨

目的 探讨成人水痘患者血液中异型淋巴细胞比例增高的临床意义。方法 采用光学显微镜对52例成人水痘患者在患病期及临床治愈后的血片中异型淋巴细胞进行分型统计。结果 52例中Ⅰ型(泡沫型)异型淋巴细胞检出27例(占51．92％)，Ⅱ型(不规则型)异型淋巴细胞6例(占11．54％)，Ⅲ型(幼稚型)异型淋巴细胞5例(占9．62％)，随患者病情好转呈下降趋势。结论 异常淋巴细胞增多在成人水痘的诊断和鉴别诊断中有重要价值。

Study on levels of serum heterotypic lymphocyte in adult patients with varicella

Objective To research the clinical significance of increase rate of heterotypic lymphocytes in adult varicella . Methods Under optical microscope typing of heterotypic lymphocytes was detected on blood film in 52 adult varicellas of acute and remission stages. Results 27 cases of type I(foam type, 51.92%),6 type II (irregular type ,11.54%)and 5 type III (infantile type, 9.62%)were detected out of 52 cases and the rate of heterolypic lymphocytes in patients in acute stage was significantly higher than that of patients in remission stage. conclusion Heterotypic lymphocyte plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adult varicella .
