血清25羟基维生素D与哮喘相关性研究

目的 探讨哮喘患者血清25羟基维生素D与肺功能及哮喘严重程度的相关性.方法 选取哮喘患者66例及同期健康体检者23例,将哮喘患者分为轻度组、中度组和重度组,通过化学发光法测定血清25羟基维生素D浓度,用肺功能仪检测用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒最大呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEVl)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1％of predicted,FEV1％ pred)及第1秒最大呼气率(FEV1/FVC％).结果 83％(55/66)哮喘患者血清25羟基维生素D不足,轻度、中度和重度哮喘患者血清维生素D浓度显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),重度组血清25羟基维生素D平均水平最低,哮喘组血清25(OH)D浓度与FEV1％pred呈正相关(r=0.63,P＜0.05).结论 哮喘患者血清维生素D普遍缺乏,血清25羟基维生素D低水平与其哮喘严重性有关,与肺功能呈正相关.

Correlation Study Between Asthma and Serum Vitamin D Level

Objective To assess the relationship between serum vitamin D level and severity of atopic asthma.Methods The study was carried out on 66 patients with atopic asthma,patients were further divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group.23 healthy subjects were designated as the control group.Serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D was measured using chemiluminescence immunoassay.Pulmonary function parameters including forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1),FEV1％ predicted,and FEV1/FVC％ were determined by a pulmonary function testing device.Results 83％ of all asthmatic patients were vitamin D insuficient.Serum 25 (OH)D level was significantly lower in the asthmatic patient group compared to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05.Serum 25 (OH) D level was the lowest in severe group.Serum 25 (OH) D concentration was positively correlated with FEV1％ predieted (r =0.63,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D insuficiency is common in patients with atopic asthma.There is a strong correlation between 25 (OH) D insuficiency and asthma severity as well as impaired lung function.
