电针治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效观察

目的：探讨电针治疗焦虑症的疗效。方法：依所CCMD－2诊断标准选择26例女性广泛性焦虑障碍患者，在采用电针治疗前后实施了4次焦虑状态／特质量表（STAI）的测定；取百会、上星、内关、神门、足三里、三阴交、太冲穴进行电针治疗，10天为一疗程，共进行3个疗程。结果：治疗结束时有效率80.8%，状态焦虑分值（S－AI）和特质焦虑分值（T－AI)较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.01)，尤以痊愈和好转患者焦虑分值的下降明显（P＜0.01和P＜0.05)。结论：电针治疗广泛性焦虑障碍有较好的疗效，可以避免患者对抗焦虑药物的依赖。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Eiectroacupuncture on Extensive Anxiety Neurosis

Purpose To probe into therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on anxiety neurosis. Methods 26 women of extensive anxiety neurosis were selected according to the diagnotic criteria CCMD-2 and 4 times of detection by anxiety state/special constitution scale (STAI) before and after acupuncture treatment were carried out; electroacupuncture was given at Baihui (GV 20), Shangxing (GV 23), Neiguan (PC 6), Shenmen (HT 7), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6)and Taichong (LR 3) for 3 courses, 10 days constituting one course. Results The effective rate was 80.8%, state anxiety score (S-AI) and special constitution anxiety score (T-AI) decreased significantly as compared with that before treatment (P<0.01). Particularly, in the cured and improved patients anxiety score decreased significantly (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a better therapeutic effect on extensive anxiety disorders and avoids dependence of antianxiety agents.
