护理干预减轻宫外孕患者术前焦虑心理的成效

目的 探讨护理干预对宫外孕术前焦虑心理的影响.方法 将60例宫外孕患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,自制宫外孕患者术前心理焦虑因素问卷调查表,要求患者根据问卷内容进行逐项填写,当场收卷,然后由护士应用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行焦虑评分,评分后对照组按宫外孕术前常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上,根据患者心理焦虑情况进行干预,措施包括:强化认知疗法、个体化心理护理、放松疗法、术前访视.并在手术前一日再次对两组患者进行焦虑评分.结果 两组患者干预前焦虑评分P＞ 0.05,差异无显著性,干预后两纽患者焦虑评分差异有显著性,P＜ 0.05；实验组患者干预后焦虑评分较前显著降低,尸＜ 0.05.结论 系统性护理干预能显著减轻宫外孕患者术前焦虑的心理,对帮助患者正视现实,缓和紧张恐惧的情绪,顺应医护计划起到积极的作用.

Effect of nursing intervention on relief of preoperative anxiety in women with ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety in women with ectopic pregnancy Methods 60 women with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 for each group. Self-made questionnaires on preoperative anxiety factors were used for survey. The subjects were asked to complete a questionnaire based on the contents and then the questionnaire was submitted on the spot. Anxiety was assessed by nurses according to Zung＇s anxiety self-assessment scale （ SAS ）. The control group received routine preoperative care of ectopic pregnancy, and the study group received intervention measures including strengthening of cognitive therapy, individual psychological care, relaxation therapy, and preoperative visits in addition to routine care. The subjects were scored again for anxiety one day before surgery. Results The anxiety score did not differ signifcantly between the two groups before intervention （ P〉 0.05 ） but differed significantly after intervention （ P〈 0.05 ）. In the study group, the anxiety score was significantly lowered after the intervention （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention can significantly reduce preoperative anxiety in women with ectopic pregnancy. It plays a positive role in helping patients to face reality, ease emotion of fear and worry, and follow the care plans.
