超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流在脾破裂治疗中的应用

目的 探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流在脾破裂治疗中的应用价值.方法 2009年1月-2011年12月,对31例脾破裂病人采用了包括超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流在内的多种非手术治疗措施.结果 31例病人全部治愈,非手术治疗成功率为90.3％.腹腔引流管留置时间为4～7d,除局部穿刺点短期的疼痛外,均无明显导管相关并发症.结论 在脾破裂治疗中,选择性应用超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流是可行、安全和有效的方法,它的成功应用为非手术治疗脾破裂提供了有利的经验.

Application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage on the treatment of splenic rupture

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of splenic rupture. Methods 31 patients with splenic rupture were treated with multiple non-surgical methods including ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage during the period of January 2009 to December 2011. Resuits All of the 31 patients were cured, with a success rate of non-surgical treatment of 90.3%. The duration of peritoneal drainage was 4 to 7 days. No catheter-related complications occurred except short-term local pain in the site of punctuations. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of splenic rupture is feasible, safe and effective. Its successful application provides useful experience on non-surgical treatment for splenic rupture.
