醋酸染色联合碘染色在早期宫颈疾病筛查中的应用价值

目的 探讨醋酸染色联合碘染色在早期宫颈疾病筛查中的应用价值.方法 收集近期在我院妇科门诊检查的344例疑似妇科疾病患者临床资料,并以醋酸染色联合碘染色进行筛查,以病理组织学结果为金标准,比较两种检查方法及两种方法联合的诊断符合率、敏感度、特异度、假阴性率、假阳性率.结果 本组344例患者中病理组织学确诊122例(35.5％)宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)及宫颈鳞癌(SCC).醋酸染色法联合碘染色后肉眼观察法诊断宫颈疾病敏感度为78.7％、特异度为87.4％,诊断符合率77.4％,显著优于单独检测组(P＜ 0.05).结论 醋酸染色法及碘染色法观察筛查宫颈癌适合于在经济条件相对落后地区进行推广应用.

The application value of acetic acid combined iodine staining in screening of early cervical diseases

Objective To investigate the application value of acetic acid combined iodine staining in screening of early cervical diseases. Methods The clinical data on 344 patients with suspected gynecological diseases who had a recent visit at the gynecology clinic were collected. Acetic acid combined with iodine staining was used for screening. Take pathological results were used as the gold standard. The diagnostic accordance rate, diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, false-negative rate, and false-positive rate of acetic acid staining alone, iodine staining alone and acetic acid combined iodine staining were compared. Results 122 of the 344 patients （ 35.5% ） were histopathologically diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial changes （ CIN ） and cervical squamons cell carcinoma （ SCC ）. The sensitivity of acetic acid combined with iodine staining for diagnosis of cervical disease was 78.7%, the specificity was 87.4%, and the accuracy rate was 77.4%, which was significantly better than acetic acid staining alone or iodine staining alone （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Acetic acid combined with iodine stainin~ for screeninz cervical cancer is worth DoDularizing in the poorer areas.
