护理干预对流动未婚女性生殖健康水平和认知程度的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对流动的未婚女性生殖健康水平和认知程度的影响.方法 对东莞市1300名流动未婚女性发放调查表,通过医院门诊、电话随访、健康讲座和居家护理干预进行健康教育,比较干预前后对生殖健康的认知情况、女性保健方法掌握情况,比较干预2年后生殖系统疾病发生率情况.结果 护理干预后群体主动保健意识增强,生殖健康知识认知程度明显高于干预前,达到80％以上；人工流产率从58.1％下降到32.8％,妇科疾病和性传播疾病发生率亦明显降低.结论 护理干预方式有助于提高流动未婚女性生殖健康和认知水平,降低女性生殖系统疾病的发生率.

Effect of nursing intervention on level of reproductive health in migrant unmarried females and their awareness

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on level of reproductive health in migrant unmarried females and their awareness. Methods Questionaires were distributed to 1, 300 migrant unmarried females in Dongguan. Health education was conducted by clinic visits, telephone interviews, health lectures, and home nursing. The awareness level of reproductive health was compared after intervention, so was the incidence rate of reproductive system diseases two years after intervention. Results The active awareness of health care were strengthened in the populations, knowledge about reproductive health was obviously increased, with a rate of greater than 80%. The induced abortion rate declined from 58.1% to 32.8%, and the incidence rates of gynecological diseases and sexually transmitted diseases were obviously lower. Conolusions Nursing intervention is beneficial for improving reproductive health and the awareness level and reducing the incidence rate of female genital infections.
