摘    要:目的 研究原发性肝癌( PHC)患者血清白细胞介素-18 (IL-18)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与可溶性血管细胞粘附分子-1 (sVCAM-1)水平及临床意义.方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)检测15例原发性肝癌患者治疗前后血清IL-18、VEGF、sVCAM-1水平,并与正常对照组比较.结果 PHC患者治疗前血清IL-18、VEGF、sVCAM-1较正常对照组明显升高(P均< 0.05); PHC患者治疗两周后血清IL-18、VEGF、sVCAM-1较治疗前降低(P均<0.05),且较正常对照组仍有升高趋势(P均<0.05).结论 原发性肝癌患者血清IL-18、VEGF、sVCAM-1水平增高,可能与原发性肝癌的发生、发展及侵袭有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate serum levels of interleukin-18 ( IL-18 ), vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ), and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 ( sVCAM-1 ) in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma ( PHC ) and their clinical significance. Methods Serum levels of IL-18, VEGF, and sVCAM-1 were detected in 15 patients with PHC by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) before and after treatment. The findings were compared with those from the healthy controls. Results The baseline levels of IL-18, VEGF, and sVCAM-1 were significantly higher in the patients with PHC than in the healthy controls ( P〈 0.05 ). Levels of IL-18, VEGF, and sVCAM-1 were decreased two weeks after treatment as compared with the baselines ( P〈 0.05 ), but were still higher than those from the healthy controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions An elevation in serum levels of IL-18, VEGF, and sVCAM-1 in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma may be associated with the genesis, development, and invasion of the malignancy.
