磷酸铝凝胶治疗新生儿上消化道出血疗效观察

目的 观察磷酸铝凝胶治疗新生儿上消化道出血的疗效.方法 将58例上消化道出血的新生儿随机分为2组,每组29例,积极治疗原发病,留置胃管,禁食,对症处理.治疗组予鼻饲磷酸铝凝胶,观察组予常规治疗.观察其疗效及不良反应.结果 治疗组有效率93.1％,对照组有效率82.8％,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01)；起效时间比较,治疗组起效早于对照组,差异有显著性(P＜ 0.01).结论 磷酸铝凝胶治疗新生儿消化道出血用药方便,疗效确切,起效快,无副作用,值得临床推广.

The efficacy of luminum phosphate gel in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To observe the efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 58 neonates with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, 29 for each group. All the patients were administered active therapies for primary diseases, nasogastric tube placement, fasting, and symptomatic treatment. The study group received aluminum phosphate gel, while the control group received routine treatment. The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results There were significant differences between the study group and the control group in the effectiveness rate （ 93.1% vs. 82.8% ） and the onset of action （ quicker onset of action in the study group and slower onset in the control group ） （ P 〈 0.01 for both comparisons ）. Conclusions Aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage is convenient and efficacious and has a quicker onset of action and fewer adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing clinically.
