60例环扎加压术治疗孔源性视网膜剥离的临床效果分析

目的 针对孔源性视网膜剥离,采取环扎加压术治疗,并进行临床疗效分析.方法 对我院从2002年6月-2011年6月收治、筛选的60例孔源性视网膜剥离的患者,均采用环扎加压术治疗.手术后随访3个月,并统计分析所有患者术前、术后眼睛的视力、屈光度、手术一次及二次成功率和并发症等情况.结果 环扎加压术手术一次性成功率为65％,总治疗成功率为88.3％；患者术前、术后数据在眼睛视力、屈光度上有明显差异(P＜0.05)；手术后无严重并发症发生.结论 环扎加压术是临床上治疗孔源性视网膜剥离的有效手术方法,其治愈率达88％,且无恶性并发症发生,值得推广.

Encircling and buckling procedure for rhegmatogenous retina] detachment in 60 patients

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of encircling and buckling procedure in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods 60 patients with retinal detachment who had been hospitalizd from June 2002 to June 2011 underwent encircling and buckling procedure and were followed up for 3 months. The eyesight, diopter, the primary and secondary success rates of the procedure, and occurrence of complications were statistically analyzed. Results The primary success rate was 65% for encircling and buckling procedure and the total success rate was 88.3%. The data on eyesight and diopter differed significantly after the procedure （ P〉 0.05 ）. No severe postoperative complications occurred. Conclusions Encircling and buckling procudure is an effective surgical treatment for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with a cure rate of 88% and has no severe complications.
