| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨声带微瓣术治疗声带疾病的疗效.方法 将74例声带疾病患者分为2组,分别采用微瓣术和单纯显微切除术治疗；随访6个月,观察声带及嗓音恢复情况.结果 50例声带微瓣术治愈率达84.0％,明显优于单纯显微切除术(P＜0.05).结论 微瓣术可彻底清除病变、保留粘膜的完整性,大多数声带息肉可采用外侧微瓣术.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of micro flap technique in the treatment of vocal diseases. Methods 74 patients were randomly allocated to two groups and they received micro flap technique or microsurgical resection. The changes in vocal cord and volume of voice were analyzed through a 6-month follow-up. Results The cure rate of micro flap technique （ 84.0% ） was markedly superior to that of microsurgical resection. Conclusions Micro flap technique can not noly remove vocal masses completely but also retain the integrity of vocal ,nucosa. Most of vocal polyps can be excised by lateral micro flap technique. |
