早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中的临床疗效研究

目的探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取从2011年2月至2012年10月在本院治疗的160例急性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组。两组均进行常规神经内科药物治疗,观察组在此基础上进行早期康复指导治疗,治疗4周后观察两组的日常生活能力（ADL）、运动能力和平衡能力（Fugl-Meyer评分）的恢复。结果治疗后两组的ADL、运动能力和平衡能力Fugl-Meyer评分比治疗前均有所提高（P〈0.05）,观察组比对照组效果更显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P

Clinical efficacy studies of the early rehabilitation therapy on patients with acute cerebral strokes

Aim To explore the early rehabilitation of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute stroke.Methods From February 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 160 cases with acute cerebal stroke were randomly selected for the study, patients were divided into a control group and the observation group. Both groups were routine of Neurology medication guide treatment of early rehabilitation based on the observation group, were observed after 4 weeks of treatment activities of daily living （ADL）, athletic ability and balance ability （Fugl-Meyer score ） recovery. Results After treatment, ADL, athletic ability and balance Fugl- Meyer score in both groups were better than before （P〈0.05）, the effect of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.OS）.Conclusion It suggests that early rehabilitation of patients with acute stroke clinical efficacy significantly better promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, worthy of promotion.
