| 摘 要： | 医学教育具有精英教育的特点。我国现行的医学教育存在重规模、轻质量的问题,不能满足医疗T作的需求。医学和我国卫生事业的发展决定了我国医学教育必须走精英化的道路。

| Abstract: | Medical education has the characteristic of elite education. The current medical education emphasizes the scale instead of the quality which may not meet the needs of modern medical service. To train medical elite is determined by the development of medical science as well as the health service in China. |
